It is not easy to lose fat from face; rather it is the most difficult job. Loosing facial fat requires loosing overall weight. But sometimes the facial fat does not have a link with the overall weight of the body. Even the thinner people can have facial fat. There can be many possible reasons for that. Some of them are soft facial muscles, ageing or genetics.

In any of the possible situation, there are some of the exercises that can help to get rid of the extra fat from the face. But anytime, working out on regular basis and for the whole body would be more effective for the cause.

  1. Running

Running is the easiest exercise of all. Running or even jogging on a daily basis can help in reducing the excess fat from the body. While you exercise, the blood circulation of the body increases which in turns helps in burning the excess fat from the body and that comes out in the form of sweat. If you cannot run or jog, you can also opt for cycling. Running or jogging or even cycling will help you in getting rid of the excess fat from the face.

  1. Eye exercises

This exercise can help you get rid of the excess fat from around the eye region. For this, look up and down while your eyes are closed. Do not rush but be gentle while you look up and down. Repeat this exercise several times in a day.

  1. Eyebrow exercise

For this, you will have to lie down on a flat surface, may be on the bed. With open eyes, raise your eyebrows up, as high as you can. Stay for few seconds in that position and then relax. Repeat this exercise several times, at least 10 times in a day.

  1. Chin

This exercise mainly concentrates around the chin area. Extend your chin and bottom lips out and up. Repeat this exercise several times, at least 10 times in a day.

  1. Smile as wide as you can with all the teeth showing.
  2. Smile as wide as you can and while doing that try to touch your nose with the tongue.

These facial exercises are easy and can be done even when you are resting on the bed or on the couch. Besides that eat healthy and also avoid drinking alcohol.
