Aniston usual breakfast consists of a glass of fresh smoothie of anything she desires and three cups of freeze watermelons.

Lunch

Jennifer says her lunch has to start with a bowl of soup made up of lemon, spinach, zucchini, dandelion greens, arugula, garlic, ginger, cayenne and uncooked soya. Sometimes the actress prefers to add to that blend, a touch of almonds and pumpkins making the broth taste good and equally healthy on her stomach. Besides the regular bowl of soup, the actress sometimes eats Cobb salad with various toppings such as garbanzo beans and bacon.

Dinner– The 45 year old says that seaweed salad is the most common and regular item on her diet list. However sometimes to have something more appealing to her taste buds, Aniston adds a blend of olive oil, lemon, garlic and sea salt over a salad made up of parsley, onions and tomatoes. The ‘Friends’ star adds that besides being a low fat food recipe it is also very high on proteins too.

Sometimes, when the star is not sticking to her diet, she prefers having a 40:30:30 ratio combinations of carbohydrates, fat and protein foods. Apart from this, the actress states that she loves eating fish and manages to have a serving of it twice a week. Rich in omega 3, it also helps in controlling her weight but is good for her hair and skin as well. Salmon which is a favorite of hers, she loves to eat along with some lemon and side salad.

The Good Girl star doesn’t believe in holding herself now and then back when it comes to some foods, she states she loves an occasional slice of pizza, a bar of chocolate if she ever has the cravings for it. However, after indulging in her sinful foods, she does count the calories she has taken in and then makes sure to work out extra to burn off the additional intake.

Workout Routine–                                

For her workout regime, the actress loves strength training and focus on doing Pilates and works out with a resistance in order to keep her muscle tone. Other than this, lifting weights is also her part time workout routine.

Other than this, Jennifer Aniston loves yoga and practices it thrice a week along with crunches, stretches, squats every morning and she even stretches once before going to bed at night every day.

For her cardio health, Jennifer works out minimum 5 to 6 times in a week and in that she does 40 minutes of cardio which can include anything from spinning, running or elliptical. Apart from keeping her fit, it also gives power to her killer pair of legs.
