Not only this, dehydration also affects the elasticity of the skin and makes the skin go thin. If the skin is thin, it is more prone to Cellulite as it cannot hold much fat. Hence, it is necessary to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. You can drink a few glasses of water in the morning or even more but otherwise around the day drink sip by sip, to stay away from bloating.
